What is Your Key Responsibilities As Collection Officer ?
- The candidate need to offer the client all the information of their credit and debt via telephone, in order to make effective collection management maintaining the quality standards required.
- Carry out collections management to the client portfolio with outstanding balance in order to regularize the client's debt and mitigate the risk from old credit´s.
- Orient the client according to their requirements and needs to other areas: Customer Services, retention, Citiphone.
- Comply with the strategies designed for Front End.
- Update the data of unlocatable customers in arrears, through the CACS system, verifying their information and data history; with the purpose of locating them and being able to carry out collection management.
- Contribute to the monthly productivity standards of the Business.
What Your Key Responsibilities As Manager - Collections Backend Operations?
- The candidate need to analyze Operations information and make evaluative judgements to solve problems.
- Responsible for Identifying and resolving routine problems and operational issues with broader departmental impact within established procedures.
- Identify hiring needs to ensure adequate staffing.
- Serve as a backup for manager, as needed.
- Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
- Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.
- Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.
- Ability to manage teams.
What Your Key Responsibilities As Inbound Customer Service Officer ?
- Retrieve, update, and store provider data in all reasonable systems.
- Place outbound welcome, marketing, and sales calls to new, potential, and existing providers, as well as schedule activity sessions.
- Revise information for change of address and bank info changes and perform department assistance functions as assigned by management.
- Help in reviewing all setups and Merchant Non-Monetary transactions, create new merchant setups in Sales Assist, VeriFone, and Web, and provide merchant specialty reporting.
