Job Description For Production Coordinator - Mumbai
As a Production Coordinator, you will work with the R&A Studio team and will be responsible for formatting conference presentations and other documents, managing mailboxes, performing admin related tasks as per Gartner standards. The job requires an individual with lateral problem-solving skills, good communication skills, the ability to effectively comprehend requirements and deliver with-in set timeline.
Your Responsibility As Production Cordinator
- Process and format all documents to the prescribed standards.
- Work closely with the project manager/senior associates/team leads to ensure they have all the information and materials they require to ensure all production deadlines are met.
- Provide detailed production reporting as required project manager/senior associates/ leadership team.
- Serve as liaison for Support team & IT for system troubleshooting & updates providing transparency on process and workflow challenges.
- Provide special project support as needed (Including but not limited to): template creation, library & asset up-keep, training administration.
- Escalate project and assignment risks as workflow demands change.
- Manage different mailboxes/projects and action/respond to requests within TAT.
- Apply and follow best practices for all projects, underpinned by fact-based data and support change management initiatives.
- Partner with Project Manager/Senior Associate/Team Lead to identify efficiencies at all times, solve queries, tracking document status and ensuring timely delivery.
What You will need to become a Production Coordinator?
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent required
- Minimum of 0-2 years of administration experience or equivalent experience in a desktop publishing environment.
- Well-versed with the use of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong collaboration, communication skills (Verbal + Written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Client-service focus with expert mindset balance.

They are searching for an Associate HR Partner to join our growing HR team supporting early careers! The Associate HR Partner will collaborate with the HR team and the business to execute HR initiatives in line with the organization’s strategic objectives. By developing strong internal client relationships and providing coaching, the AHRP will drive people management initiatives. This role will also provide HR consultation and support to managers and associates in multiple business units, and support a variety of special projects and initiatives.
Your Responsibility As Associate HR
- Provide HR support and consultation to managers and associates in assigned BU(s).
- Partner with BUs to support performance management processes.
- Assist with the implementation of company-wide and business unit (BU) specific HR programs and processes.
- Gain credibility by building collaborative relationships within both assigned business units and the greater HR team (Talent Acquisition, Benefits, Compensation, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Make recommendations, provide solutions, and resolve issues as challenges arise.
- Ensure the integrity of data housed within our HRIS systems in partnership with HR Associates and HRIS.
- Support associates on and off-boarding and provide employee relations assistance throughout the associate (employee) lifecycle.
- Facilitate and/or train client groups as needed on HR programs and processes.
Skills Required For Associates HR
Bachelor’s Degree
- Relevant experience in HR or equivalent relevant work experience.
- HR Generalist skills including employee relations, employment law, employee engagement, compensation, performance management, recruitment, and training and development is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving, decision-making skills and ability to handle sensitive situations/documentation.
