Position Summary of Group Trainer
Trainer Associate will be a part of the Skilling business vertical
within apna. As apna is a jobs marketplace, every skilling cohort,
program, or course launched by apna will have assured jobs or placements.
Trainer Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring that the candidates
who are a part of the courses are made to succeed - job placements +
meeting career aspirations.
Role and Responsibilities for the post of group trainer
- Manage communications between the lead trainer and the 15 candidates you will be mapped with across various channels.
- Facilitate spaces for the candidates to ensure that they feel safe and can reach out to you in case of any questions or concerns.
- Ensure 100% attendance of the students in each class with the lead trainer and with you.
- Ensure a 100% homework completion rate for the students you work with.
- Provide actionable feedback to candidates on the homework and skills in general.
- Closely work with students to practice, interact and apply concepts learnt.
- Closely track and monitor the student's progress across various metrics
- Take ownership of group success and concept application.
- Collect data, track the relevant metrics, organise it, and share conclusions based on the same for the students in your group.
- Manage and overlook responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of outcomes
Requirements for the post of Group Trainer
- 1-3 years of experience; teaching experience is preferred and available for Full-Time work.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Strong command of Spoken English and Hindi
- Comfortable with tech-friendly platforms like Google Classroom, Telegram, Google sheets etc. (preferred)
- Ability to assess the weakness and strengths of the candidates
- Data-oriented and has attention to detail
- An Organised individual, especially in terms of data collection and analysis
- Motivated, empathetic driven, and flexible enough to take on responsibilities as and when required
