ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES USER ASSISTANT
- Participate early on in the product design and development cycle and contribute to the UX microcopy, error messages and other application messages.
- Write documentation such as Online Help, What’s New content and so on.
- Research and define technical and business terminology that is simple and consistent with the industry standards.
- Proof-read and edit user interface texts for usability and readability.
- Work with cross-functional and global teams.
- Participate in user interviews and prepare questionnaires as well as synthesize research findings.

- Provide phone, email and chat assistance to customers, consultants and partners on the usage of Litmos products
- Analyze configurations, application and system log files to determine the cause of issue.
- Work closely with peers globally to ensure issue resolution in line with SLAs.
- Maintain accountability for an issue until the same is resolved.
- Provide a quick solution for already known & documented issues.
- Logically work through problems to determine their cause and how they can be resolved

- Collaborate effectively with product development and customer-facing teams to enable robust automation and seamless operations
- Advise project stakeholders and customers regarding DevOps-related topics throughout the product lifecycle
