JOB SUMMARY

Enterprise Performance & Marketing Insights (EPMI) team is a part of Digital Experimentation & Insights (DE&I) team under EDDS (Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions). Our core responsibility is to drive analytical insights within and across marketing channels (Paid Media, Paid Search, Referral etc.) while optimizing the data strategy for the enterprise. We closely partner with Marketing, Product, and other Analytics teams to drive effective business strategies, make fact-based decisions and develop a sophisticated measurement framework to drive business outcomes.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Have complete understanding of key digital acquisition channels (majorly Media, Paid Search and MGM)
• Analyze the cross-channel performance and generate actionable data driven insights by using innovative measurement techniques to drive business outcomes
• Cater to ad-hoc analytical requests from various stakeholders(Marketing, Product teams) and provide them consultation on how to use and interpret the various metrics across the digital acquisition funnel along with the key actionable insights
• Drive continuous innovation, create thorough road maps and structure simpler solutions for complex business problems.
• Collaborate with marketing, product and other central teams to provide analytical solutions and to outline the best possible solution to a business problem
• Maintain existing data/insights products & create new dashboards on Big Data Platforms as per business needs while optimizing the framework

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 0-2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience in Digital domain and Proficiency with technical tools – Hive, Python is a big plus
• MBA, MCA, MTECH In CS / IT

• Strong strategic thought leadership and problem-solving skills with ability to solve unstructured and complex business problems
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and storytelling skills at multiple organizational levels
• Ability to build & leverage relationships and influence broadly across the organization
• Result oriented project management skills and ability to work on multiple priorities

TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Data manipulation – large & complex data sets
• Big Data – Python, Hive, SQL, SAS, Advance Excel (Pivot/VBA)
• Digital Tracking – Omniture/Adobe Analytics, Clickstream, Google Analytics (good to have)
