RESPONSIBILITIES :
• Responsible for making sure that team quality checks the documents and deliver as per plan.
• Understands and follows established quality standards and ensures that the team is delivery as per the required quality parameters.
• Ensures that the team follows the processes. Make sure that everyone is following the validation guidelines at all times.
• Mentors, coach, motivate and supervise validation specialist and trainees on various projects and responsible for taking refresher sessions on the floor as and when required.
• Participates in maintaining and improving documentation standards and processes
IMPORTANT
• The candidate should have a good understanding of basic invoicing and related AP processes at should have at least 2 years of experience in S&C
• Should be able to share feedbacks with the team in a constructive manner
• Should be able to handle high pressures and act in a composed manner
• Good knowledge of Process Documentation & Procedures.
• Possess Good knowledge of Operational tools & control metrics.
• Understand customer requirements & meet the deadlines as per the SLA.
• Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION
• Graduate or Diploma Holders, Preferably B.Com
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
• Should be able to converse and comprehend English.
• Previous experience as a Quality Analyst
