Position Availabe

1. Phone Banking Officer - Mumbai (Exp -2-6 Years)

  • Responsible for ensuring delivery of competent and consistent service in line with set standards that results in an enhanced customer experience for SRM customers. 
  • To ensure that the defined productivity targets on service levels, call handling time , quality parameters are met consistently 
  • .To ensure zero defects processing of all customer requests, including prompt and accurate Hotlisting of lost cards reported.  
  • To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs. To ensure process compliance as per the set Audit and SQ guidelines.

Skills & Experience Required For Phone Banking Officer

  • Minimum experience in years – 1-2 yr
  • Exposure to banking preferable
  • Experience in call center / service industry
  • Awareness of Banking

2. Retail Branch Banking - Hyderabad (Exp - 3-8 Years)

  • Sales, Portfolio Management, Business Development, Cross selling of bank products, Current Account, CASA, LI, GI, Demat accounts, Portfolio handling, HNI Client handling.
  • Customer engagement, new client on-boarding, sales for classic portfolio customers.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • More than 3 years of experience in Retail branch banking Sales.
  • Full time graduation, knowledge of basic banking functions and the economy

3.Relationship Manager - Ahmedabad (Exp - 2-7 Years)

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high net worth individuals and corporate clients.
  • Provide personalized financial solutions and assist clients in achieving their financial goals.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell various banking products and services.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 3-8 years of experience in Banking, full time graduation, knowledge of basic banking functions and
  • the economy 
  • Graduation in any discipline (MBA preferred for certain roles).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Prior experience in the banking industry will be an advantage.
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and travel if required.
