Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions on Banking Products.
Collate, analyze, specify and validates the business needs of stakeholders.
Collaborates with project sponsors/manager to determine project scope and vision.
Conduct calls to gather customer/business requirements, use cases, scenarios, and other methods.
Convert user stories into detailed requirement and develop or utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirements specifications.
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.

Actively source for prospects via cold calling, personal network and partners/channels’ network.
Drive Liabilities Sales through NTB acquisition of Liabilities clients for operating accounts, term deposits and other transaction banking products in line with the targets set out.
Be an avid advocate of DBS Banking and be very well versed in our positioning, competitive advantage and be able to recommend the right solutions based on customers’ needs
Keep yourself updated on various offerings available in the network
Organise marketing activities to get sources of lead generation and new business

Acquiring new accounts (Current and Savings) from branch catchment area
Quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates
Activate Accounts opened, UPI Linkage, M0 Balance, Savings balance and increase wallet share of our banking products includes Insurance, Mortgages, UL, SIP, MF etc & manage the portfolio.
Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area
Build strong relationship with internal teams to leverage existing relationships from SME
Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around catchment areas for lead generations

Acquire clients through e-boarding of the provided leads and nurture the relationship for AUM build up in a steady manner.
Establish the Virtual Relationship Channel as a major revenue contributor through effective engagement with clients via multiple communication channels
Ensure right balance of the product mix and balance NTB (New to Bank NR customers) with increased penetration of existing customers to deepen the wallet share.
Drive and deliver a radical improvement in customer satisfaction scores through timely engagement and redressal of client enquiries.
