Responsibility For The Post of Revenue Analyst - Bangalore

Ensures that revenue is recognized in accordance with Corporate and SEC standards. Provides direction to sales organization prior to contracts being concluded.
As a member of Revenue Accounting you will assist in the processing of revenue impacting adjustments and reconciling balance sheet account.
Monitor revenue, reconcile receivables, and unearned accounts.
Work with internal customers to resolve related revenue inquiries.
Assist in facilitating the automation of current processes and procedures. You may participate in special projects.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Strong analytical, prioritization and communication skills in partnering with other internal groups and management.
Familiarity with Excel spreadsheets is essential.
Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience.
BA/BS degree in Accounting or equivalent.
Some positions need you to be bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese.

Responsibility For The Post Treasury Analyst 2-Fin - Mumbai

Involved in Treasury Activities that may include fund management, management of investments, execution of foreign exchange spot and forward contracts, and accounting and control related activities.
Managing banking relations and interaction with various bankers.
Fund management, wire transfers, management of investments, execution of foreign exchange spot and forward contracts, and accounting and control related activities.
Managing banking relations and interaction with various bankers.

Responsibility For The Post of Tax Analyst - US NIBT - Gurgaon

Support the Tax Return filing and Tax remittance for the various states in USA.
Create Tax account reconciliation package for the assigned Oracle entities.
Prepare Tax Adjustments tracker along with data analysis for Sales Tax and Use Tax return filing.
Prepare Rollforward Sales Tax reconciliations for assigned states.
Prepare Rollforward Use Tax reconciliations for assigned states.
Prepare Reports for Acquired entities Sales tax and Use Tax return filing.
Update Acquisitions with source File for all entities.
Prepare use Tax Accruals File every month and update Tax rates in Fusion and Vertex Systems.
Update return Review Template for all entity - and validate - GL, Prepaymets, CCF balances, sales tax amount, Acquisitions Amount.
Prepare SOX Test 4 Quarterly for SOX controls relates to Exemptions Certificates
