ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. GM - SERVICE OPERATIONS - NEW DELHI 

  • Channel Evolution and Expansion – Track and plan proactive evolution of both Inbound and Outbound call centre channels through building domain knowledge as well as consumer and cross-channel insights
  • Customer Service Operations – Manage and deliver operations effectiveness through engagement, review and governance with internal teams, circles and partners to deliver key targeted customer experience outcomes from both IBCC and OBCC
  • Partnership – including partnership structure design, partner identification and selection, contract design and closure, operations and governance reviews and strategic relationship management
  • Benchmarking and Analytics – Cross-industry, intra-industry and intra company channel benchmarking and insights to monitor and measure the necessary KPIs so that we remain the operator and company of choice
  • Cost Planning – Plan, Budget and track channel service costs at overall national and circle level and ensuring budgets are met through both rigorous operations planning & forecasting as well as regular cost review processes. Ensuring Revenue Retention through targeted Customer Retention
  • People Management – Lead a motivated team of Ops Quality and Training Leads. Strong Partner & Circle Management + Higher Corporate interface

2. MANAGER RESPONSE & RESOLUTION - BHUVANESHWAR

  • Ensure timely closure of the issues in coordination with other verticals & functions esp Network, mktg, IT escalated from Response & Resolution PF, CoE: CC Analytics
  • Identify the large customer impact issues conduct RCA for circle specific issues and escalate to CoE – proactive resolution for centrally managed issues, Multi circle issues
  • Support IVR local activities, customer communication from time to time
  • Maintain necessary reports and compliance on all regulatory issues relevant to CC & BO.

3 MANAGER - TERRITORY SALES - UDAIPUR

  • Deliver sales target for all products voice prepaid / post-paid, data, VAS, handsets etc.) by executing the distribution strategy at the channel-partner level  
  • Monitor quality of acquisition through the distribution channel 
  • Competition tracking & reporting– schemes & programs 
  • Ensure availability of stock at retail while adhering to the norms 
  • Execute promotional activities for channel partners to drive sales and build market credibility 
  • Achieve zonal revenue target for the distribution channel across all products. 
  • Achieve retail (MBO) expansion targets through increase in number of outlets in existing and new geographies.

4. MANAGER - RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS - SURAT

  • Sales acquisition

5. MANAGER - COLLECTION & RETENTION - AGRA

  • Drive assigned Retention & Collection agencies for delivery of KPIs.
  • Ensure SLA delivery with complete adherence to Code of Conduct.
  • Develop and plan infrastructure at agency as per allocation and forecast.
  • Ensuring all reports and feedbacks are well maintained at the agencies and they are utilized for taking subsequent action in portfolio.
  • Have a strong governance process for Retained cases, Field visit, receipt book audits, I cards register, Cash register, COC and HSW.
  • Do regular field visit with/without field agent for audit/recovery purpose
  • Engage in development and implementation of various training/coaching programs of team members

6. MANAGER - RETAIL STORE OPERATIONS - MUMBAI

  • Achieve sales target for all products at store
  • Ensure and monitor quality of acquisition through the store
  • Deliver revenue targets for the store
  • Increase revenue per footfall by aiding customers’ purchase decision
  • Achieve profitability (Return on investment) targets for the store
  • Minimize losses from pilferage (wastage) and shrinkage (unidentified losses)
  • Manage churn and achieve customer satisfaction for walk-in customer
  • Ensure adherence to store processes in terms of documentation and systems
  • Ensure infrastructure / store upkeep
  • Maintain availability of stock at the store while adhering to norms
  • Ensure appropriate placement of pop-ups and product displays at store
  • Execute marketing, branding and promotion activities
  • Ensure fliers/ brand POS are available at store
  • Resolve channel-specific issues within specific timelines
